RCDC has opportunities to serve that are as diverse as our members.

Many of our projects are out in nature all of our projects deal with members of our community.

Some examples are:

• Outdoor activities and education at Redemption Park, Redemption Ranch and the First Met Kids Camp

• Easter Egg hunt and festival

• Back to School clothing drive

• Summer reading program and book drive

• Tenant Empowerment programs for neighboring apartment communities

• Clean-up days at the park

We also work with other ministries and programs at First Met:

• You Belong Food Pantry and Clothing Closet

• Hanging with Heroes Mentoring program

• Metropolitan Preparatory Academy
